Could it be the case of "the closest apparently suitable tag, first"? besides - who says it has to be homo? there are no pink-bits on display, nor pink-bits action… 2 males helping each other.

Well, looks like those two had a particularly rough night. At least that's the only thing that would explain the m/m tag. But even then, we can't tell that just from this pic, all I see is two injured guys supporting each other.
