this is an isekai/PMD comic from 2007 by VotM about an angry alcoholic female vaporeon that used to be a human, and her husband the oblivious derpy, and affectionate Charizard.
the comic was posted to DeviantArt in two halves, one half was simply called Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, then after the end of the plot of the game the comic is refered to as "The Pokémons".

Artist VotM had this to say at the time:
"I wanted to make a comic with Pokemon and lots of swearing... so I did! I played as an Eevee named Zev with a Charmander named Zamzi. HE WAS WAAAAY TOO ENTHUSIASTIC. GOD. Oh and thats pretty much how I talk in casual conversation... but not to old people and people I want to give me things. Fucknuts!"
