Reason:

I know I'm pretty much the only one who uses this ag, but it's still a valid implication (plus it might deter furrypickle to alias it to phimosis again)

Well, I like the tag (even if I haven't used it), it bridges a slight gap between retracted_foreskin and long_foreskin.

Also the phimosis tag seem really overpopulated, most would probably fit much better in partially_retracted_foreskin.

Sometimes in... November, I think? Furrypickle (IIRC) transferred everything into phimosis. I transferred some back (mostly mine), but tehre's probably some left. I know Japanese artist often do phimosis-focused doujins, though.

Agreed. Not even half of the tagged posts are even close to looking like phimosis.

I've made the following changes:

• Implication: long_foreskin -> cut (approved in forum #164047)
• Implication: partially_retracted_foreskin -> uncut (OP approved)
• Implication: phimosis -> uncut (approved)
