The tag implication intestines -> entrails (forum #204231) has been rejected by @furrypickle.
Things have changed in 6 years and intestines already implicates through guts now.
With the way these tags seem to be set up currently: entrails implicates nothing, the meaning seems to overlap with tags like guts and intestines, and it seems very underused.
So I wonder if it would be better to alias entrails -> to guts? Feel free to suggest that option or to discuss.
