Wasn't sure the moderators would though, since there are two or three tags aliased to cum_in_breast right now...

The breast and the nipple are two different portions of the body. Cum into the breast is into what I assume is supposed to be the mammary sacks(?), while cum in the nipple is directly into the nipple itself (And therefore more realistic, since that just requires a large enough nipple to invert a bit to hold a few ounces of cum).

From looking through what is currently tagged on both, all of them were tagged with some sort of something penetrating the nipple and ejaculating into it (namely penises and tentacles). Therefore, I went ahead and approved all -> cum_in_nipples, as well as a final implication -> cum.
