In my opinion, a moderators job is as followed:

1. Detect drama
2. Ban source
3. Approve/Delete images
4. Secret party with other staff members
5. Detect more drama
6. Possibly rage and eliminate source
7. Recover by helping someone
8. ...
9. PROFIT!

And repeat.
