I love foods.
I made some mashed potatoes today, did a sort of tex-mex style with them.
Put in shredded cheddar, garlic, cayenne pepper, and fresh ground cumin.

It's like chili cheese fries meets mashed potato.
Very tasty.

If you've made anything fun and delicious lately, share.

Well, I mixed coffee ice cream, milk, and caramel-flavor coffee creamer and it tasted awesome. One time, I dipped sliced roast beef in chocolate pudding, and holy shit, it was really fucking good.

One of my favorites:

Take some fiery salami (I recommend original Hungarian horse salami), dice that shit, throw it into a pan on middle temps.
Add some diced onion once there is a bit of fat dripping out of the salami, add marjoram, pepper (black, white, green and cayenne) and wait until the onion gets glassy, throw in some stirred eggs and stir that shit until the eggs are stocked.
Throw some paprika powder (plenty of sweet, some spicy) on it, add some pickled cucumbers for balance and garnish with parsley.
Serve with something cold to drink.

Also works wonders if you switch the salami with anything else that is smoked, like bacon, smoked ham, you name it.

I just really do not like eating meat or american food, but I can sorta tolerate finely sliced turkey

My normal day to day diet though consists of like 90% cake

My cooking is literally Satan.

Although, one time I made Frosted Flakes with coffee instead if milk. It was delicious, but they got soggy in like 4 seconds.

Hot liquids will make flakes absorb liquids faster.
Maybe try sticking the coffee in the fridge/freezer until it's chilled, then add to the cereal?

I did. It was iced coffee.

I think the problem is that coffee doesn't have any proteins or fats, so it's absorbed much faster. It's also also slightly acidic and watery. I might try it again, but I'll probably add cream this time.

I make this for any time I bring a date over.

Flatten out a boneless, skinless chicken breast to about 1" thick

Coat with beaten egg

Coat with Prego's Italian bread crumbs (or whatever)

Fry for a few minutes, just enough for the chicken to be completely cooked without drying out

Take out and put on paper towel.

Spoon on marinara

Cover all marinara with slices of mozzerella

Broil until cheese is melted.

Serve with light pasta.

There's a mexican place by my old apartment that does a chori-queso (salsa con queso with chorizo in it) it's amazing, if greasy.
Out of curiosity, do you mean the mexican, spanish or portugese chorizo?
They're all a bit different.

Oh, and I didn't mention it in the first post, but if you guys haven't tried it, fresh grinding cumin is about 100 times better than the pre-ground stuff.
If you have a spice grinder, small coffee grinder, or mortar and pestle (even a small hand pepper grinder).
Easy to find the whole seeds too in any spice shop, or online.

I buy packages of meat (go ahead and laugh) from the nearby grocer, and we get tons of breakfast sausages with them. While I do fry or bake them sometimes, what I love t do most with them is to thaw them enough to cut the membrane then peel it off, leaving the meat paste behind. I then mix in a bunch of seasonings (I use the Sacred Five (Marjoram, Thyme, Sage, Savoury, and Oregano) primarily, often with a dash of cayenne and paprika, and some fennel) and roll it out into a bunch of tiny meatballs which I subsequently give a light fry with some onions in olive oil. They're plenty delicious on their own, but I love taking them and tossing them into stews, as well.

I did flautas (chicken fried tacos with lettuce, cheese, tomato and guacamole)

My homemade omelettes:
2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon (chopped), 3 shakes of pepper, 3 shakes of Italian seasoning, 3 shakes of basil, and then mix

Pour sunflower oil in the skillet and put the stove on medium

Once warm, pour the mix in the skillet and wait until the most of the egg is solid, then flip it.

Flip again once the entire egg is solid and insert Cheddar cheese then fold.

Put that sexy thang on a plate and enjoy!

Ever see that bit in The Simpsons where Homer adds milk to cereal and it catches fire? That's about where I am in cooking.

Okay, it's not that bad. One thing I have found is that if you can get good ingredients, even a simple meal can be amazing.
Get some cooking chorizo, some haloumi and some cooked fava beans in a pan, fry until lightly crisp. Fucking flawless.

The best Mexican food I've had was actually at a taco cart outside of Sears. It sounds stupid, but sweet baby jesus, the burritos were spectacular.

The other kinds tend to be more mild, and they're rough chopped pork instead of ground, also a bit less fatty, so less grease(not much less).
The Portuguese type uses wine in the cure for the meat.

Taco carts can be surprisingly good, or unsurprisingly terrible.

I once forgot to get milk, and then made Mac and Cheese. I didn't check for it until I needed it, and then it's too late. So I substituted water.

There is this super shady hole in the wall place that serves Bosnian food here. It is ultra shady on the outside, and there is always some kind of super expensive car parked out front (Maserati.. Mercedes.. BMW.. etc), however when you walk in it's like you're transported to a completely different country. The food there is incredibly amazing too. One of my favorite locations.

I'm not much of a chef.
I don't cook often, but when I do, it's usually my favorite foods that I can't simply buy from the local restaurants. Moussaka, scrimp and sausage jambalaya, carbonara... Standard recipes.

There's this place in my town called "Squeeze Inn" and it's just a burger place, but the thing about their burgers is that they're about... 3x the size of what you'd get at any other sit-down diner. They go crazy with the cheese, too, it's like a big blanket that drapes out of your burger and onto your plate. It's absolutely insane. Obviously you aren't expected to eat the whole thing in one go, but damn they are good enough that I would do it without hesitation.

They actually might be a franchise, but as far as I know it only exists in my town. Still good as all hell and at a pretty good price! The biggest problem is the lines and the fact that they only have about four tables in the entire place. "Squeeze Inn" was the perfect name.

Not to sound rude but the $0.45 cent noodles you get when your drunk and broke? I wish the side quests I made in my life where that easy.

Am I the only person who actually likes MREs? Barring ones with anything featuring peanut butter - every one I've tried always had PB with the consistency of 40-grit sandpaper. I'm also dubious of those featuring shellfish or something, but hey, besides those, flameless meals of surprising quality and functional nutritional basis. Not something I'd eat every day but I really enjoy them when I do.

Beef is pretty much the worst Ramen flavor.

Edit: My favorite instant ramen is to make 1 pack of hot and spicy chicken mixed with 1 pack of creamy chicken.
