Reason: The wiki page for the currently existing tag seems to indicate that the artist doesn't want that name used for their own safety (I believe it's the name they use for SFW works), so having this alias may be irresponsible on the part of this site, even if their images are tagged as anonymous.
I also believe that this artist is the same as the one going by harvest90 based on the visual similarity of their work, which seems to indicate that they've started becoming comfortable posting their NSFW under this name. Please let me know if I have this incorrect. I tried to alias macmuk, mtfoxx and a******x to harvest90 but it looks like alias requests for the first two already exist? (All the pictures are tagged to a******x though)
