create implication leafy_seadragon (20) -> seadragon_(fish) (16)
create alias sea_dragon_(fish) (0) -> seadragon_(fish) (16)
Reason: Implying the leafy seadragon to the seadragon group, rather than directly to syngnathid. It and the other two species of seadragon do not technically form a monophyletic clade (which is why the implications were set up like they are currently), but neither do pipefishes or seahorses (the other members of Syngnathidae). The difference between the three is more morphological than genetic.
