Reason: I don't think these tags should be aliased away because they are useful. Fellatio on its own does not imply penetration, so it would be inaccurate to tag a character giving head while taking it up the ass as double_penetration; however, that is still something I would like to be able to find.

I too think that these tags are useful, but fellatio_while_penetrated and fellatio_while_penetrating shouldn't directly imply penetration. Instead, they should imply it though oral_while_penetrated and oral_while_penetrating. Same for fellatio_while_masturbating - it should imply oral_while_masturbating, and that one should imply masturbation.
