Is there a real difference between "body of water" and just water, if it's going to include small things like creeks and ponds? How would this work if they're made of other substances, like lava, blood, goo, cum, etc?

To be fair, only sea implies water while the other "bodies of water" do not specify the liquid they contain.
The lake wiki can even be defined as "an area of variable size filled with water, lava, or other fluids."

This raises the question of whether or not all of the other "bodies of water" tags should even imply water in the first place.
What about underwater, which is defined as "a scene that is viewed entirely from underneath the surface of water"?
Based on the partially_submerged wiki, which itself allows for other types of liquids, it defines underwater as a "scene is viewed from entirely below the surface of a liquid."

I guess this ought to be discussed on another thread; see (very old) related threads as well: topic #3731, topic #3771, & topic #2476.
