Is prostate_orgasm needed alongside anal_orgasm? I guess technically the prostate can be stimulated a different way than anally, but it is the way it's reached 99+% of the time and is in that area.
I don't see a need to separate this from anal_orgasm.

Prostate orgasms involve direct stimulation of the prostate whereas anal orgasms may be achieved through stimulation of the anus and/or anal cavity but not necessarily the prostate

But anal orgasm is also possible for woman and they dont have prostates.
Better question: How can it be clear from a drawing which one is happening? Would this only be valid for pictures that have some kind of internal shot anatomical diagram thing? (And what's going to stop most people from just using it interchangeably with anal_orgasm instead?)

Hence the inclusion of prostate_stimulation when searching anal_orgasm. A female may have an anal_orgasm, but they don't have prostates for prostate_stimulation to apply (which in turn should require a visual representation of the prostate, contrary to the wiki; how else will you know the prostate is being stimulated vs regular anal stimulation?).

But prostate stimulation doesnt mean orgasm, its basically just sex/masturbation not the orgasm itself.
You can tag pictures where the dude masturbates with a dildo but doesnt cum.

Infact by searching your suggestion i got 8 pages of results, prostate orgasm tag got me 15 pages which means that there is atleast 7 pages of content that your suggestion cuts off because there are pictures that arent prostate orgasms but variants to anal orgasm and prostate stimulation.

I argue that unless its mentioned by the characters or drawn directly, it cant be considered prostate orgams and furthermore as i said upper woman also has the capacity to have anal orgams and i wouldnt want to muck up my searches because every anal orgasm picture is now also a tag for prostate orgasm.

That's what anal_orgasm covers. A guy masturbating with a dildo but doesn't cum wouldn't be tagged anal_orgasm. When combined with prostate_stimulation (searching "anal_orgasm prostate_stimulation") the result is essentially the same as "prostate orgasm".

don't have a prostate being visibly stimulated to cause an orgasm from (making them mistags), and some of these are lacking the anal_orgasm that they should have.

Can't say I've seen any. If there are, they're quite rare, and I don't think that warrants having a tag that is 99+% identical to something we already have. If it's something that warrants being distinguished, it's better to tag the uncommon cases instead of the vastly most common one.
