Topic: Tag alias: speedpaint -> timelapse

The tag alias #80918 speedpaint -> timelapse is pending approval.

Reason: Seems like the definition for speedpaint is that how long did it take to make the work, but you literally cannot see that visually from work itself, going againts TWYS.
Also people seem to be using the tag also for timelapses, which is where you have whole or part of workflow from blank canvast to finish and WIP versions are allowed on site to some degree.

Should be invalidated/disambiguated/aliased to invalid_tag. A good majority of posts that are tagged speedpaint aren't timelapses, and since people will continue to tag it for non-timelapse images, this alias will cause more mistags in the future.
