Reason: These names refer to the same artist. Loonhart is the name they use for their SFW FA, DA, and presumably their BlueSky (but the link doesn't reach any account). Oppaluim is used on their NSFW FA and is used as a tag here on e621. Opaluim is used on their Twitter/X, and Opalluim is used on their Instagram. The artist doesn't appear to be wanting the two names to be kept separate.
This BUR aliases to Loonhart as it's the most consistently used spelling. Opalluim and opaluim are included for futureproofing.
