I mostly listen to metal with no single favorite band (I love Tool, Opeth and Gojira all the way, can't choose one) and depending on the mood, stoner rock (Monster Magnet and 1000Mods).
Now, sometimes I do listen to whatever pop/eurodance or rap music came from 70s-2000s but nothing from these days..
As the weather gets cooler, I tend to listen to more soothing music. I'm basically a metalhead, but I gotta have some diversity.
I love the wide and vereying range of Video Game music, Dood!
╹‿╹)~★
Sonic Advanced 3 - Twinkle Snow Map
Billy Hatcher - Blizzard Castle Night
NiGHTS into Dreams - Dreams, Dreams
And
Persona 3 Portable - Wiping all out
Listening to 'em while breathing in that crisp, cold, night air
wearing or in something warm really puts me at peace, Dood.

Been getting into Rock with Guilty Gear Strives Sound
for a while now, Current most liked is Hellfire
(Heads up, The start is pretty loud, Lower volume before clicking, Dood)
Sweet beats with a sad theme of a peep with PTSD,
survivors guilt, and imposter syndrome, Dood.

I don't think my music is affected by the seasons. I'll be listening to Power Metal, Folk Metal, and J-Pop regardless.
Some winter-themed songs
Twilight Force - At The Heart Of Wintervale <- This might be their most winter-themed song, but Twilight Force's songs can sometimes sound pretty wintery even when they have nothing to do with anything cold ("There And Back Again" is a clear example of this).
Everfrost - Winterider <- This whole album is only in the 100-1000 views range, but deserves more views, IMO.
Seasons don't really affect the music I listen to; there are just periods when I listen to an album over and over again.
This time I'm obsessed with Deftones' album "Around the Fur." That damn album is excellent.
I'm with the metal crew too. Twilight Force, Beast in Black and Brymir are just few of my favorites. Dragonforce too. Majestica's "A Christmas Carol" is propably my favorite seasonal album ever.

Mixing some game and metal wintery music:
Phendrana Drifts (Metroid Prime) - GaMetal Remix
Games just have a lot of good winter/snow/cold-themed music, like (not metal, but still)
Donkey Kong Country - Ice Cave Chant
PMD2 - Vast Ice Mountain Peak (REMASTERED)
Non-game wintery metal, can't go wrong with some classic Trans-Siberian Orchestra:
Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Wizards in Winter
Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Christmas Eve / Sarajevo

My music choices move around a lot throughout the year
It doesn’t change with the seasons but it just changes
Not trying to be the metal combo breaker but my most recent kick is something id call an Appalachia sound, so here’s some examples
Goodnight Texas - dearest Sarah and hypothermic are two songs I really like from them
Amigo the devil - capture, murder at the bingo hall, another man’s grave
Colter wall - Caroline, Johnny boy’s bones, cypress hills and the big country
Mipso - a couple acres greener

Give soen a listen, heavy heavy tool influence on cognitive, their first album
I’d recommend savia if you want that tool sound. Sectarian for an example of their own sound
