Reason: Latter follows howto:tag characters better. Clawstripe did raise a concern about it having quotation marks, but then again lots of other character tags, like norithics_"nori"_kusemurai and timothy_"brofessor"_fessenden, have quotation marks in the same format, and I'm not aware of any naming convention violations or text parsing issues caused by them.
