Reason: Actually, I'd like to do this instead. Ugly Sonic isn't just a character design for Sonic, it's a meme that can be applied to other characters, as evidenced by post #5932087. It should be recategorized as such.

If it's a meme, it shouldn't implicate sonic_the_hedgehog_(film) since it can be depicted in a way that's separate from depicting anything in the film.

Though I don't think I'd agree with aliasing it to ugly_sonic_(meme) since it is a distinct character design, which has even showed up elsewhere (an official cameo in the recent Chip & Dale thing).

Stronger disagree on the basis of Chip & Dale ensuring Ugly Sonic is a distinct character with a distinct personality.

Alright. I still think there should be a separate tag for the meme, though.
