The tag implication #70321 diaper_under_clothing -> wearing_diaper has been approved.
Reason: I recently learned that the tag wearing_diaper exists (as opposed to discarded_diaper). It seems impossible to have a diaper under clothing without wearing it (and it even says as much on the wiki article).
diaper_only has a similar implication to wearing_diaper.
