create alias impotent (20) -> erectile_dysfunction (117)
Reason: All tagged instances appear to be using the sexual definition of "impotent". "Erectile dysfunction" is more objective, more-used, and has a wiki entry.
A few posts in that tag seems to be referring to this concept I've seen in a few posts (e.g. post #2263501, post #4605597) where a character is fucked so hard that their prostate is destroyed which renders them unable to get hard or cum from anything other than anal sex. There seems to be multiple tags for this, including prostate popping, destroyed prostate, and injured prostate. Is this common enough for its own tag or should it be rolled into erectile_dysfunction?
Aside from that there are a couple other edge cases. post #4271176 has a character who is visibly erect but his partner states he can't get her pregnant. Ignoring lore, it's unclear whether this is due to impotent sperm, species incompatibility, or the woman being postmenopausal (she is elderly). post #4245190 has a character who is erect but states he can't orgasm due to emotional stress. And post #2816905 has a character who gets hard but states he can't have children.
