Topic: Character name tag updates

The bulk update request #12514 is pending approval.

mass update ciro_(kafka) -> ciro_cruz_(kafka)
mass update nash_(kafka) -> nash_johnson_(kafka)

Reason: Last names added for completeness.

The preferred format for character tags is "<first name>_<last name>"; character tags with a first name and last name don't need the character owner suffix unless there's an existing character that has the same first and last name. So just ciro_cruz and nash_johnson would be fine. If you feel the need to note the character owner somewhere you can do so in the tag's wiki page.

There's literally only 3 posts on each of the tags, just fix it manually and the whole tag update would have been done in seconds.
