the wiki for null_bulge does seem a bit self-contradictory. every other sentence seems to flip back and forth between it being either an anatomical feature or something artificially covering a character's junk.

The tag's wiki says "In its most basic form...". The lock symbol is the most common option, but not the only one. Infinity symbol, cross, null symbol, I remember seeing a counter being displayed on a bulge somewhere, etc.

I'm against the tag chastity_bulge as a whole. Looking at a lock bulge and calling it some kind of chastity device is more interpretation than Tag-What-You-See. It could literally be just a lock symbol painted on the crotch of someone's clothes.

Also, the only reason we have more than 1000 posts with that tag is because someone spent the last weeks applying it to posts.
