Reason: If a character is reading/presenting fanfiction that should be less ambiguous.
If there's a story in description, we already have a tag for exactly that.
If it's just depicting non-original characters, we can either make a tag for completely original materials (unlikely) or just let the copyright tags speak for themselves.
