The tag alias #80506 backwards_cap -> backwards_hat is pending approval.
Reason: cap is already aliased to hat (alias #1527), so the same alias should exist for backwards_cap to backwards_hat.
Note this is separate from baseball_cap and backwards_baseball_cap, which have the aliases the other way around (hat -> cap), but that is a more specific type of hat.
If this misses the mark, instead we could do an implication backwards_cap -> backwards_hat and remove the alias cap -> hat
