Reason: These characters are from the Vocaloid program.

Not knowing many details of vocaloids, characters should only imply it if they're official characters or mascots of the product. Third-party characters simply made/voiced with it shouldn't be tagged with it if the program isn't actually used in the post, similar to fan characters being tagged with the setting/franchise they're made as fan characters of.

Okay, let's get some details straight:

Crypton Future Media, Inc.:
Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, KAITO, MEIKO (and Hatsune Miku, of course) are the official mascots for their respective VOCALOID and VOCALOID2 products. They are the most famous examples of this business model.

Internet Co., Ltd.:
Megpoid Gumi and Gakupo Kamui are the official mascots for the "Megpoid" and "Gackpoid" VOCALOID2 voicebanks, respectively. While Gumi's voicebank was later ported to Synthesizer V due to her immense popularity, her origin and primary identity are as an official VOCALOID mascot, with a history spanning from VOCALOID2 to VOCALOID6.

AH-Software Co. Ltd.:
Kaai Yuki and Yuzuki Yukari are the official mascots for their respective VOCALOID2/4 and VOCALOID3/4 voicebanks.

1st Place Co., Ltd.:
IA is the official mascot for the "IA -ARIA ON THE PLANETES-" voicebank for VOCALOID3.

PowerFX Systems AB / VocaTone:
Oliver is the official mascot for the VOCALOID3 English voicebank developed by them.

SBS Artech:
SeeU is the official mascot for the first Korean VOCALOID3 voicebank.

Well, my mistake, Yovane Haku and Akita Neru are not official and can be in any programs. (For example, they could be created at UTAU)
