Reason: Finally changing e621 Tag to proper Name/Artist Handle instead of Twitter/X Handle. Bulk Request as advised by binaryfloof.

If you had already gone through the normal process of submitting separate alias requests, then you don't have to recreate this BUR as it would just clog the queue with duplicate requests.
You will need to either stick to the original alias requests and reject this BUR for being redundant, or stick with this BUR and reject the two alias requests.
In addition, there is probably a very low chance this name adjustment is going to be approved due to reasons already mentioned on topic #60036.
