The tag alias #79847 glowing_sclera -> glowing_eyes is pending approval.
Reason: I don't think it makes sense to differentiate between the two tags, or that it's even possible at all.

Changed the title to better reflect the two proposed possibilities.
Personally, I'm now more in favour of BUR #12437 than this alias.

I'm not sure how useful the distinction is. I figure most would just consider them all as glowing_eyes.
If somebody who likes any part of the eye glowing wants to find all three, then the obvious move is to either have iris, sclera, pupil → eye implications, or to teach everybody alternation syntax. An alias is fundamentally not the correct move.

Reason: Alternative approach.
If we do this, then I'd suggest also flipping the [color]_iris -> [color]_eyes aliases.
