Reason: Artist is making use of a different name for tagging their work, to separate it from things that they commission.

What you have requested here does not make sense.
Aliases are for permanently merging a duplicate tag to a new tag while mass updates are simply for moving posts from one tag to another.
Reason: Artist is making use of a different name for tagging their work, to separate it from things that they commission.
We don't allow commissioner tags, so only the artist tag should remain.
If the desire is to have all posts be tagged under "SchwarzelEncre" from now on, then you can simply just mass update without requesting for an alias.

Apologies I'd never done a bulk update request before; I've updated it to only be the mass update and removed the alias
