change category character_age (35) -> meta

Reason: We have meta tags character_name and species_name, for when characters in an image are labelled with that information. Those meta tags are separate from the general tags name_in_dialogue, name_drop, name_in_narration, species_in_dialogue, etc.

For consistency, the age tags should be treated the same way: character_age as a meta tag, and age_in_dialogue and stated_age as general tags.

Follow-up suggestion:

I think pronouns should be a meta tag too, when it's displayed alongside characters on model sheets. Maybe it should be aliased from pronouns to character_pronouns (already used on 3 posts), for consistency with the other "character_*" meta tags?

However, before going ahead with that we'd need to check that the pronouns tag hasn't been used on any images where it's just pronouns in dialogue. I see that a tag called stated_pronouns is also in use (fitting with stated_gender and stated_sexuality). But it looks like that's rarely used for dialogue and instead is mostly used for model sheets and other labels, the same way as pronouns.

Four downvotes on making character_age a meta tag! Can anyone please explain why they disagree?

My logic is that if the tag is used in the same way as character_name and species_name (i.e. on images that list characters' ages as labels or other text outside the scene, rather than in dialogue), I can't imagine why you wouldn't make it a meta tag to match those.

I don't really see the need for character_age, character_name, and species_name in general. These are all basically just details present in a model_sheet, and I don't see the point in tagging them specifically. Otherwise, why wouldn't we tag character_height, character_family_name, character_history, character_likes, character_dislikes, and anything else that can appear on a model sheet? character_name seems particularly redundant since the character's name should be tagged for them anyway, species_name should also be tagged even if it's not printed on the image, and character_age may only be relevant for some images of the character if they age over time.

The *_in_dialogue tags should also be nuked from orbit (with the related *_in_narration, *_in_message, and *_in_inner_monologue). Anytime a character says someone's name, that's name_in_dialogue, or any time a character says "wolf", "cat", or whatever, that's species_in_dialogue, which seems way too specific and common to be worth tagging to me.
