Im going assume(didnt find any specific thread on this) that was specific to fantasy job titles such as 'adventurer' or 'warrior'/'berserker' for example that have no specific objective visual identifiers/actions associated to them or informal titles such as senpai as well as generic group titles such as 'civil servant' or 'blue collar worker'. Other than that similar to the gender tags, canon/ descriptions being insufficient for tagging.

Many common real world jobs do have specific actions, workplaces and uniforms associated to them.

I think keeping each type of doctor separate is more helpful for theming than anything; a proctologist lends more to anal/male focused works, gynecologist signals more to vaginal/female focused, etc. It may rely on context clues at times, but it makes sense when searching for specific themes.
