Reason: We apparently have a medical tag encompassing medical-themed posts. These tags should implicate it.

Tell me if I missed any.

medical sounds too vague. A first-aid kit, a bandage, or a syringe can be considered "medical". Perhaps medical_building could work to encompass a hospital, or a doctor's or vet's office, and leave medical_examination separate.

physical_exam also seems ambiguous. My first interpretation was like some kind of phys-ed test or physical training exam, rather than a physical body check.

I'm not sure prostate_exam is really used in a way that would count as a medical examination. Posts like

seem to use it as a role play scenario or ruse, an excuse to do sexy butt stuff rather than doing an actual examination.

I guess that's a consequence of the inherent conflation of exam-as-test and exam-as-examination. Perhaps it could be renamed to physical_examination?

I don't think that disqualifies it. You can eroticize anything; we still have school and education-related tags even though the vast majority of posts here are using them in an erotic way.

Maybe, though ideally the other tags would use similar terminology for consistency (e.g. genital_examination).

Not really about eroticizing it, but that there isn't always a prostate exam happening, just some sort of anal play or prostate_stimulation in a doctor or vet setting. Some images are very not subtle about it being being for sex and not a real examination

alongside others where it's rather questionable whether some examination is really happening. The school and education related tags are more along the line of teacher (e.g. doctor) or school (doctor's_office), things we see a character dressed as or a setting they're in (and I don't question would apply to these images), rather than tagging a specific procedure that's questionably happening as a front for sex, for example if biology_exam was tagged for a student fingering or fisting their teacher in a classroom.

Counterpoint: sex_education. The current description for prostate_exam even outright says it's almost always done in a sexual context here. It's a common enough subject that I think it still has value as a tag.

I'm not sure what would make it different than anal ~doctor ~doctor's_office in that case. But regardless, if it can stay for that, then an implication to medical_examination would be dubious since there may not be a medical exam occurring, and it's just some kind of roleplay kink. Unless you want to say medical_examination itself is a kink/roleplay thing and not necessarily an actual examination.

Actually, looking at these closer, I'd say the first two examples are mistags. There's no indication an exam took place, just a character being bound to an examination table.
