The tag alias #79507 dripping_water -> water_drop has been rejected.
Reason: Same meaning. Water_drip is already aliased to water_drop, so dripping_water should be aliased to it as well.
EDIT: The tag alias dripping_water -> water_drop (forum #466674) has been rejected by @cabo27judy.

Something dripping is not the same as a drop of something
I'd argue water drip should be unaliased and either used as a separate tag or redirected wherever the tag for dripping water is (*_drip seems preferred, see cum drip)
It doesn't help that none of these seem to have ever had a wiki page
