Topic: Tag implication: mackenzie_border_collie -> bluey_(series)

create implication mackenzie_border_collie (0) -> bluey_(series) (6975)
remove implication mackenzie_(bluey) (314) -> bluey_(series) (6975)

Reason: Full name of the Bluey character. For some reason, a different tag for him (mackenzie_(bluey)) is implicated to bluey_(series) even though that character tag has no posts because of the tag using his full name, so it needs to have its implication removed. An alias for that tag to the full name tag will have to be made in a separate alias request.

couldn't all of this be done with just an alias request of mackenzie_(bluey) -> mackenzie_border_collie? that should transfer the implication.
