Conclusion: "dibujosv12" seems to have known for more for historic reasons, while "v12" has low identification though being used widely by the artist. "v12" has low identification and need to put into invalid category.

I still put this in BUR in case I need to edit it again.

Since v12 may be too ambiguous to be used for a specific artist, it shouldn't be aliased to a specific artist tag. Otherwise when people use that tag meaning something else, that specific artist will be erroneously tagged.

Ok I finally realized it. Sorry for recklessly posting requests and immediately reject it myself.
The last thing is how to quickly edit all the posts with tag "v12" to the artist. I remember there's a way to do this as a normal user, maybe I forgot or only moderators can do that.

This is not the proper way of going about it as people have commented against the continued use of v12 due to its ambiguous naming.

What you should normally do in this situation is:

• 1) Move all posts from v12 to dibujosv12, either manually or through the mass "update" command on a BUR.
• 2) (Optional) Disambiguate and invalidate v12 by aliasing v12 to v12_(disambiguation) and changing the category for it to "invalid".
• 3) (Optional) Alias v12_(artist) to dibujosv12 if you want to keep the name available for quick tagging.

Tag Scripts are made available for Priv+ members to quickly edit tags from a search result.
For normal users, you'd have to manually do it one-by-one or request for it to be done through a mass update on a BUR.

You can still edit your current request by clicking on BUR #12148 and then the "Edit" command.
Remember to change your title as well to reflect any changes.

As TheGreatWolfgang mentions above, that will require the Tag Script function, available in the Mode dropdown menu to the left of any page that displays multiple thumbnails of posts, but only if you're Privileged or staff. So... done. All v12s are now Dibujosv12s.
