Topic: Chroma key screens

The bulk update request #12120 is pending approval.

create implication green_screen (112) -> chroma_key_screen (0)
create implication blue_screen (45) -> chroma_key_screen (0)

Reason: There are multiple kinds of chroma key screens and currently no tag or implication tying them together. While green_screen is most common due to the multicolored nature of objects and characters many other kinds of colors are used for chroma keying, but it's currently not possible to tag nor imply them together under the general umbrella of what they are (chroma key screens).

I will add that I haven't fully reviewed posts tagged w/ blue_screen; if most of them feature BSoD's, we could also replace

create implication blue_screen -> chroma_key_screen

with

update blue_screen -> blue_screen_of_death

Then follow up w/ an implication request for blue_screen -> chroma_key_screen, but it should be fine either way; there's less than 50 posts so I could fix their tags manually in 30 seconds. Keeping this BUR simple and compact is worth it imo.

Most are just computer screens that are blue in colour for blue screen
