Topic: How long does it take for management to read their emails?

I have a quick question. How long does it take for the e6 team to read their emails? My accounts upload limit is -37, and it says that if this happens, contact [email protected]. I first sent an email on July 19th informing them that my account is in the negatives and wrote and linked my account. I haven't received anything from that. I sent another email on August 10th with the same information. I wasn't sure if maybe my email got pushed out of the way or forgotten. I have checked my emails every day, and I haven't seen anything back from or about e621. I don't want to send a bunch of emails and be annoying to the staff. I've also checked the dmail on here and haven't received anything yet. I have personal artwork I would like to share on this website.

Management email response is notoriously slow, you may get it within days, weeks, months, or never at all.
That is because all of the emails goes through one person only I believe, which is the head admin @NotMeNotYou.

I would recommend just approaching any of the other admins here directly through the site's messaging system or bringing it up through the e6 Discord.
They can help you resolve this issue much quicker.

The Discord server is usually the best bet for speedy resolution; all staff can see that, unlike the management account. We've been notified of it, & the other admins might pick it up. If you'd like, you can also create a private help channel on the Discord server (#private-help).

Thank you. I'll keep this in mind in the future. Hopefully, no more issues in the future though ๐Ÿ’š
