In that image I wouldn't consider the character particularly overweight, just hyper pregnant. MAYBE slightly_chubby. In the following images in the pool they're definitely fat to some degree, though.

Imo this^ image should not have chubby/overweight tags at all for example. Aside from the pregnant belly that's a pretty average body size - there's like a single roll of skin and that could easily be seen as just squished in due to the underwear.
Tags around weight are often pretty poorly applied especially in the slightly_chubby range. If a character doesn't have any body fat outside of the pregnant belly they shouldn't be tagged with fat-related tags.
Not fat, just really pregnant:

Fat AND pregnant, has body rolls and weight outside of the belly:

Though in the end I'm not really sure if realistic perceptions of weight and fat distribution really matter when applying these tags. I don't remember seeing any discussion or explanation on it anywhere.
More or less my thoughts on the matter. I'm just always hesitant to remove tags, so I figured I'd get input/ask if there was some official stance not listed on the wiki pages.
Yeah i'm seeing this a lot lately where pregnant and obese are both tagged even one its clearly one or the other and it's starting to spoil both tags.
