create alias ascii_art (14) -> ascii_(artwork) (3)
change category ascii_(artwork) (3) -> meta

Reason: The alias is to be consistently formatted with other medium tags and medium tags are meta tags.

Kind of unrelated, but it bugs me that like half of these arent even proper ASCII art, though I'm probably just nitpicking here.
