Reason: Both tags are related to the same character. Both tags are character tags.
EDIT: The tag alias cat_in_the_hat -> the_cat_(the_cat_in_the_hat) (forum #461307) has been rejected by @spe.

Manually purge the first tag. It is too similar to the_cat_in_the_hat to be aliased to the character tag.
Alternatively, alias it to the_cat_in_the_hat.
