to be clear I always felt that to be odd and that it goes against twys, you cant say something is penile unless there is a penis actually is visible. Penile is any sexual action by way of a penis. And no sex toys in the shape of a penis(dildos) are not penile. Even if we ignore twys there is no such ambiguity for a snout that can sometimes exist between whether something is a penis or sex toy.

In any case that example is mistaged as you cannot tell whether they are humanoid or an anthro with a snout.
