create implication unable_to_cum (114) -> orgasm_denial (4292)
Reason: topic #45237 brought up the idea of aliasing these, but it was strongly opposed. If the tag is to be kept, this is a logical implication.

being unable to cum doesn't automatically mean orgasm_denial.
sometimes you just can't cum. while orgasm denial requires the orgasm to be denied.

Being unable to cum (be it from exhaustion, medication, etc) is entirely different then being unable to cum because a partner removes stimuli, the character themselves removes the stimulus, or through other means of stopping it.
I agree with the others. Anorgasmia and orgasm denial are different things with different niches, and I think they're different enough that an implication doesn't really work.
You can also just be unable to cum because you're out of cum, while still getting an orgasm.
