create alias cumming_from_anal_sex (182) -> anal_orgasm (36213)
create alias cumming_from_penetration (61) -> cum_while_penetrated (61870)
Reason: Found these oddly specific tags that should probably be condensed.
All three of these could theoretically be mistagged as the giver/pitcher cumming from penetrating their partner, but I think pretty much everybody will understand that it means the receiver orgasming, and being aliased to anal_orgasm only reinforces that. +1, easy alias BUR.
