create alias pool_floats (0) -> pool_float (956)
create alias floaties (0) -> pool_float (956)
create alias floaty (0) -> pool_float (956)

Reason: Consolidates the various pool float tags into one. Unimplies inflatable from floatie since not all pool floats are inflatable.

Pending aliasing of floatie once the implication is removed.
