They then moved to @kaddie_evo (or @kaddie on BlueSky), the old account archived in 2023.

I think "kaddie_evo" has superiority because it is derived from their oldest account "kad_draws". Although "kaddie" can also be used, "kaddie_evo" was created as tag while "kaddie" was not. And a suffix is needed if "kaddie" is chosen because "kaddie" has been directed to a chatacter.
2025.6.23 update:
Though timedate is a factor, the account in which the artist is more active is more important.
Until today, @flowsynchronomy has made 10 posts in 2025, @flowsie has 42 and @kaddie has 34 (posts about Celete or else are excluded).
In this case I decide that @flowsie is chosen, and yeah it has the most posts in e621.
