The bulk update request #11130 is pending approval.
create implication head_spines (493) -> spines (9179)
create implication back_spines (1345) -> spines (9179)
create implication tail_spines (1069) -> spines (9179)
Reason: The implications seem self evident.
The whole spines tag is applied pretty incosistently in general, though. Maybe "needles_(anatomy)" would better distinguish it even if it's a little weird

I agree with idea of needles_(anatomy) more than spines. Spines makes me personally think of spikes_(anatomy).
