That was your argument, not the topic's. I agree it's technically true, but I think it's too subjective and fine-grained of a distinction to justify a separate tag.
involuntary_orgasm should be aliased to involuntary_orgasm_(disambiguation), so it can be disambiguated between spontaneous_ejaculation, forced_orgasm, premature_ejaculation, and resisting_orgasm.

That wouldn't work, because it can also apply to vaginal orgasms. There's definitely room to rework involuntary vs. forced orgasm, but I think it warrants its own discussion thread.
