Topic: alias (color)_internal -> (color)_insides

Reason: Both "color_internal" and "color_insides" said what colors internal mucosa have. The difference is that color_internal is supposed to be an internal view while color_insides is allowed to be an external view looking inside (mouth, vagina, etc).
The use of color_internal can be strictly recreated by just combining "color_insides" + "internal".
And color_insides is a lot more used than color_internal.
So color_internal is basically useless and can be aliased to the more general tag.
Also color_internal is sometime misused : used for external view, which was supposed to be only color_insides. Having misuses mean that color_internal can be less reliable than "color_insides" + "internal". Alias to the general term would prevent this.

If the distinction of the two type of tags is considered important enough to be kept, implications can be made instead of alias.

I was about to suggest implications to internal, but this looks like a better solution.

Votes are tied to the message, not just the presence of a BUR. Still, we should be able to vote on it, I wonder why we cant.
