seems redundant. we don't have a disembodied tag for every type of penis, and we probably shouldn't.
We do not need a knotted_disembodied_penis tag since disembodied_penis is not a "type" of penis.
The individual tags knotted_penis disembodied_penis should suffice for searching purposes.
