Is Fliqpy a real character? It looks like it's just Flippy. It's at best kind of a pinkamena_(mlp) situation, but with significantly less distinction between default Flippy and 'evil/crazy' Flippy.

I feel like the design is significantly different enough to warrant a separate tag on its own, there's also the fact that, personality-wise, the two identities are entirely dissimilar.

also this is actually a distinction made in-canon, which I do not believe is true for pinkamena_(mlp).
