create implication purple_shawl (8) -> purple_mantle (0)
create implication pink_capelet (5) -> pink_mantle (0)
create implication pink_shawl (2) -> pink_mantle (0)

Reason: From my brief research (Google/Wikipedia) it seems that all capelets and shawls are mantels, but not all mantels are ether. Do ponchos count too?

Reason: The remaining colors. (For as far as I can remember.)

I'd rather use cloak instead of mantle, which basically means the same thing and is a more recognizable term.

Someone already tried to implacat capelet with cap (forum #342849, I tried to do an imbedded link but nothing I'm trying works. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.) but it was rejected because people looking up cap probably don't want to see capelets. I am concerned that the same may apply to cloaks.

Most post under mantle just have capelets, so we already know that people looking up mantle would be satisfied with capelets. But would someone looking up cloaks be fine with capelets?
