I believe it's only his commercial work that's Avoid Posting, not all work in general. So I'm not really sure why he'd even be on the list in that case. But then again we do the same for FriskyFerals and there's an implication to avoid_posting for them, so I dunno.

He's someone that's been on the list even before I arrived here though, so I don't have any details beyond that.

Not sure, I just know that Sods posted something of his and then noticed that he was on the DNP. I noticed that his name didn't implicate avoid_posting, so I thought I'd make the implication submission. If it's only commercial work that's DNP, then this implication can probably be dismissed.

The image he/she uploaded was a comission, which counts as commercial content (I think), that's why he/she flagged it I believe.

This brings back the discussion of possibly making the tag conditional_dnp

Any thoughts? I think for things that are sometimes allowed we should have this tag so that it won't be ignored/deleted on sight but researched first

conditional_dnp would be helpful. There are some others like this.

It'd be a short list, but it couldn't hurt.

Alright, I'll make the tag for conditional DNP and start implicating things to it, and instead of making a new list I'll just add (conditional) after it's entry on the normal DNP list with an explanation

Now lastly should I have conditional DNP implicate DNP for the sake of having it stand out? It'll turn a different color for admin eyes

Make it so.
